St Anthony Building Group Pty Ltd is a licensed NSW builder led by George, the company’s owner and director. Our work is focused on the Sutherland Shire, with projects across St George and greater Sydney.

We build granny flats, new homes and duplexes, renovate homes and bathrooms, and offer interior design and architectural design. Every project starts with a free consultation, where we listen to your ideas, answer your questions and prepare a personalised quote.

Our process

How we work

We keep the process simple and keep you informed at every step:

  1. Free consultation

    We talk through your ideas, your block or existing home, and your budget.

  2. Personalised quote

    We prepare a quote based on what you want to build or renovate.

  3. Design and approvals

    We work with you on the design and the approvals your project needs. In NSW, building work is approved either as complying development or through a development application to council, and some smaller renovations need no planning approval at all. Which applies depends on the work and your property.

  4. Construction

    Our team builds your project with quality materials and careful attention to detail.

  5. Completion

    We finish with a final walkthrough so you can see the finished work with us.
