What was built

The street photo shows two new double-storey homes side by side, each with a pitched gable roofline, a large upstairs window with a balcony, a face-brick and timber-look entry, and a garage at the front.

Inside, the photos show:

• a double-height living room with tall windows that bring in light from both levels;
• an open-plan kitchen with a large island bench, pendant lights and a long window splashback;
• a dining area beside the kitchen and a built-in bar with wine storage;
• a covered alfresco area with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, opening to the backyard, and a pool beside the rear living area;
• bedrooms including one with sliding doors to a balcony, a walk-in wardrobe with timber shelving and an ensuite;
• a bathroom with a freestanding bath, double basins and arched mirrors, and a study with a built-in desk and shelving.
