Illawong homes on two rivers
Illawong has a long waterfront on the Georges River and the Woronora River, with bays such as Great Moon Bay, Little Moon Bay and Jew Fish Bay. More than nine in ten occupied homes were separate houses in the 2021 Census.
The suburb has no station; Como on the T4 line is the closest, across the Woronora River.
