Rockdale is in the Bayside Council area, and the main planning controls come from the Bayside Local Environmental Plan 2021. Rockdale Station is on the T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line.

Which council covers Rockdale?
Rockdale is in the Bayside Council area. The Bayside Local Environmental Plan 2021 sets the main planning controls, and development applications are lodged through the NSW Planning Portal.
