Yowie Bay waterfront homes
Yowie Bay is a small waterfront suburb on the bay of the same name, next to Gymea Bay. More than eight in ten occupied homes were separate houses in the 2021 Census.
The suburb has no station; Miranda on the T4 line is the closest, about half a kilometre beyond its boundary.
