Kirrawee homes between two centres
Kirrawee sits between Sutherland and Gymea, with Kirrawee Station on the T4 line's Cronulla branch. Close to half of its occupied homes were separate houses in the 2021 Census, about a third were flats or apartments and the rest were semi-detached homes and townhouses.
