What was built

The street photos show two new double-storey homes side by side, each with a rounded, rendered upper level, a large upstairs window with a balcony, a timber-look garage door and a front path through a landscaped front yard.

Inside, the photos show:

• a kitchen with a large island bench, stone-look benchtops, timber-look joinery and built-in display shelving;
• a dining area that opens through wide glass doors to a covered alfresco and a lawn backyard;
• bedrooms upstairs, including a main bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a door to the balcony, and a walk-in wardrobe with open timber shelving;
• bathrooms with freestanding baths, frameless glass showers, lit wall niches and backlit mirrors;
• an upstairs sitting area at the top of the stairs and a small courtyard beside the house.
